Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any Slotiva-powered mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors and registered users.
2. Description of Service
Slotiva provides a mobile booking platform that allows users to:
- Browse available service providers (sports facilities, hair salons, beauty salons, dental clinics, and more)
- View real-time availability of appointments and time slots
- Book appointments or reserve time slots
- Manage and view their booking history
The service is operated by Slotiva and made available to businesses globally, with a primary focus on Bosnia and Herzegovina, the European Union, and the United States.
3. User Accounts
To make a reservation you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information (full name, email, phone number)
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access at contact@slotiva.io
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
Making a booking:
- Bookings can be made in advance within the timeframe set by each service provider
- A booking is confirmed once it appears in your booking history
- You are responsible for arriving at the scheduled time
Cancellations:
- Cancellation policies are set by each individual service provider and communicated at the time of booking
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or account restrictions at the provider's discretion
Modifications:
- Service providers reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unavailability, force majeure, or other circumstances outside their control
- In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible
5. Pricing & Payments
Service prices are displayed in the App before confirming a booking. Prices are stated in the local currency of the service provider and include all applicable taxes.
- Prices may vary by time of day, day of the week, or service type depending on the provider
- Service providers reserve the right to update prices at any time; changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings
- Payment terms and methods are communicated by each individual service provider
6. Rules of Conduct
When using the App and the facilities, you agree NOT to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its infrastructure
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the App without written permission
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including the name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Slotiva or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slotiva shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
- Temporary unavailability of the App due to maintenance or technical issues
- Injuries or damages that occur at any physical facility
- Loss of data resulting from events outside our reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
9. Account Termination
By you: You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Danger Zone → Delete my account. All your data will be permanently erased within 30 days.
By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or the service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina for users in that region, the laws of the European Union for EU-based users, and applicable federal and state laws for users in the United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the user's country of residence, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
